The Fellow of Dental Sleep Medicine certification program is for ASA members who are also registered to practise as dentists in Australia and New Zealand. It assesses minimum clinical competencies in dental sleep medicine, and successful completion confers an FDSM post-nominal.  

You need to complete an application form and have your application approved before you can enrol in this certification program. Please email the Program Manager, Dinukshi Daniels, for a copy of the application form on fdsm@sleep.org.au. Requests for prior learning recognition must be included in the application form and are only considered from current masters students.

Once your application has been accepted you may enrol in the program. The fee is $3,680AUD.
