Who would benefit from attending webinar:

Child and Family Health Nurses, Midwives, Psychologists, Primary care health care professionals, Others (pharmacists, allied health care professionals) who come into contact with mothers and babies in the first year of life.

Dr Liora Kempler is a psychologist who treats people with insomnia, parasomnias and other sleep disorders, anxiety and depression and specialises in sleep interventions for mothers and babies during the perinatal period. 
Associate Professor Jane Kohlhoff is a clinical psychologist in the University of NSW School of Psychiatry and is a Karitane Research Fellow. Associate Professor Kohlhoff research specialises in clinical-focussed and translational research in perinatal, infant and early childhood mental health. 

This webinar chaired by Associate Professor Christopher Gordon moderated a discussion with Liora and Jane about the management of maternal and infant sleep and mental health.
