Course/Activity Information

This is an opportunity to become well-versed in this nuanced crossover between law and sleep medicine. This symposium will benefit those in a wide range of roles including sleep physicians, sleep scientists, advanced trainee and in fact anyone who has wondered what happens in the courts.

The panel explores the history and landmark cases of forensic sleep medicine. We will prepare you to write your first or next medico-legal report. The barrister speaker will prepare you for cross examination and discuss how your report will be used for sentencing.
