This session was recorded during Sleep DownUnder 2024. It covers the science, clinical experiences, and insights of the 3-part TV series titled “Australia’s Sleep Revolution with Dr Michael Mosley”. Group results are presented, as well as highlights of how the use of novel physiology-informed technology and a multidisciplinary (scientists, sleep and respiratory physicians and psychologists) approach can deliver timely personalised care.

This includes resolving sleep problems in people with complex co-morbidities and a long history of unresolved sleep problems who are not typically enrolled in clinical trials. In addition, ASA and SHF Presidents will outline how this series and related advocacy efforts can be used by the sleep community to bring positive policy and practical change for our field.
